"Update: they responded to say they sent *my* car insurance bill to my husband's email address instead of mine. At least they admit to being sexist.

They cancelled my auto insurance without contacting me.

I received an email a few months ago stating "this isn't a bill" with renewal information, saying I would receive a bill later. I never got a bill. I never got a notice that my payment was missed. I never got a notice they were cancelling my insurance. Now they are trying to charge me an additional $200 for my insurance policy because they failed to communicate and are refusing to fix their mistake."
