"I’ve been using Alexis for a couple of years, following the retirement of my previous agent. Even though we didn’t choose Alexis, I am happy we were assigned to her office. Since then we have done 2 reviews of my policies. Alexis went through them with me, identifying some gaps, as well as some savings opportunities. Late 2025 we had a pipe leak, resulting in a claim. She walked us through what needed to be done and was there to answer any questions that arose."

"Update: they responded to say they sent *my* car insurance bill to my husband's email address instead of mine. At least they admit to being sexist. They cancelled my auto insurance without contacting me. I received an email a few months ago stating "this isn't a bill" with renewal information, saying I would receive a bill later. I never got a bill. I never got a notice that my payment was missed. I never got a notice they were cancelling my insurance. Now they are trying to charge me an additional $200 for my insurance policy because they failed to communicate and are refusing to fix their mistake."
